Jordan is a career event & theater producer and executive administrator. She has worked as EA to the President & CEO of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Executive Personal Assistant to Moisés Kaufman at Tectonic Theater Project.

Jordan was the first ever Producing & Casting Apprentice in the Actors Theatre of Louisville Professional Training Company program, and worked as Line Producer on the 2017 Humana Festival of New American Plays.

Jordan self-produced dozens of new full lenght plays and curated original short-play events through her theater company Jordan Bean & Co 2016-2019 including the world premiere of The Witch of St. Elmora Street by Joey Merlo and The Whisper Network by Joan Sergay.

She received her death doula certification with Your Morbid Friends in 2025.
